About The Position

Co-Dough is a fast-growing sourdough bakery built around exceptional quality, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner and help keep the business running efficiently behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, loves organization, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. The Executive Assistant will support the owner with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, project coordination, hiring support, and day-to-day business organization. This person will play a key role in helping leadership stay focused on growth, customer experience, and company priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, professional, and capable of anticipating needs before being asked.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize email inboxes
  • Answer and manage calls, texts, and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Schedule interviews and assist with hiring coordination
  • Maintain organized digital files, documents, and records
  • Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
  • Assist with project management and special initiatives
  • Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documents
  • Assist with customer service and communication
  • Support partnerships, special projects, and company initiatives
  • Help maintain organization, communication, and administrative systems across the company
