About The Position

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. This position supports one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs. The role involves scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, creating and developing visual presentations for executives, and organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls. The Executive Assistant will maintain confidential and non-routine information, act as a project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff, develop reports, and compose and edit correspondence. This role requires effective interfacing with all levels of personnel, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, other employees, and the public, identifying problems and recommending solutions, establishing priorities, and coordinating work activities. The ability to react calmly and effectively in stressful working situations is important, as is the ability to anticipate the needs of superiors before they ask for them.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a secretarial or related field or equivalent three years Administrative Assistant work experience is required.
