About The Position

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an exceptionally bright, motivated and team-oriented Executive Assistant to leaders across the Communication and Spectrum Dominance Segment BD/Sales leadership team. Supporting multiple executives, this exciting role requires a strong leader with good judgment, an eye for accuracy, consistent character, and the unique ability to attend to details and get things done. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical. A proven track record of taking initiative, working independently, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations is important.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of experience supporting Executives/Sr Leaders or in lieu of degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience supporting Executives/Sr Leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
  • Management of domestic and international travel and expenses.
  • Prioritize, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, including functional cadence reporting, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Create, edit, design and format a variety of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents.
  • Coordinate and support customer and internal meetings and conferences, including IT needs, logistics and food service.
  • Prepares presentation materials.
  • Propose and coordinate group events.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
