About The Position

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. This role supports leadership in the Tracy and Westbrook locations, working Monday through Thursday between the sites. Job duties include a variety of tasks from calendar management, meeting minutes, and community events. The Executive Assistant coordinates administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel, supporting them with all administrative needs. This includes scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, creating and developing visual presentations, and organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls. The role involves maintaining confidential and non-routine information, acting as a project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff, developing reports, and composing and editing correspondence. The position requires interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel, identifying problems and recommending solutions, establishing priorities, coordinating work activities, and reacting calmly and effectively in stressful situations. The ability to anticipate the needs of superiors before they ask for them is a great asset.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a secretarial or related field or equivalent three years Administrative Assistant work experience is required.
