About The Position

The Executive Assistant proactively supports the executive leadership team and ensures seamless administrative processes at JTM Construction. This role requires impeccable discretion, attention to detail, courage to respectfully disagree, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills to help our dynamic team run efficiently. The Executive Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director and is a full-time, exempt role working in person at JTM’s offices in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. The full salary range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 3% -10% of annual base earnings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with little oversight.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Agility and energy toward innovation and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports.
  • Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide minimal personal assistance to the leadership team to effectively leverage their time.
  • Register and track attendance at networking and business development events.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
  • Manage company intranet updates and news postings.
  • Primary responsibility for organizing and executing company events.
  • Assist the business development processes at JTM in support of the executive team.
