About The Position

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. Executive Assistants at Saronic are trusted business partners who help executives operate more effectively by bringing structure to complexity, anticipating needs, and creating capacity for leaders to focus on what matters most. Success requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly. The role calls for proactive thinking, confident communication, and continuous improvement of how the executive and broader organization operate. The Executive Assistant partners closely with executive leadership to optimize productivity, execution, and day-to-day operational effectiveness. The role owns executive operating cadence, including strategic calendar management, prioritization, and proactive planning; coordinates domestic and international travel; supports leadership meetings, customer engagements, offsites, planning sessions, and cross-functional initiatives; tracks action items and commitments; and handles confidential information with integrity and discretion. The position also contributes to special projects that support organizational priorities beyond traditional executive support. Saronic provides health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off and holidays, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, stock options, life and disability insurance, performance-based bonus opportunities, and office perks including free lunch and unlimited free drinks and snacks. U.S.-based roles require access to export-controlled information or items and therefore require “U.S. Person” status as defined by U.S. law.
