This teammate will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Pays attention to and gets the details right.
  • Reliability / Follow-through: Completes everything that’s asked, timely and with appropriate report back.
  • Effective Written & Verbal Communications: Communicates professionally and in a way that’s effective in engaging people and getting the right things done.
  • Critical Thinking: Thinks about the “big picture” and how to ensure the right outcomes (versus just tasks) are accomplished.
  • Relationship Management: Builds strong and healthy working relationships with Executive Team members, other teammates, and partners.
  • Ability to work at least three days each week, during regular business hours, at the headquarters office in Henderson, Nevada.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting scheduling and calendar management.
  • Expense report preparation.
  • Travel booking.
  • Logistics planning for team meetings, including coordination with venues and other vendors.
  • Virtual meeting agenda preparation, facilitation, note taking, and recap note distribution.
  • Virtual records management.
  • Other projects and duties, as assigned.
