  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive, professional, and discreet relationships.
  • Maintain digital and physical files with efficient retrieval, version control, and confidentiality.
  • Use Microsoft 365 and AI assistants to support collaboration, research, meeting and document summaries, correspondence, and briefing materials; verify AI-assisted output and use sound judgment about appropriate AI use.

  • Consolidate contributions into coherent documents and presentations, follow up on missing material, and manage versions through final delivery.
  • Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives by maintaining plans and milestone trackers, monitoring deliverables and deadlines, following up with owners, and escalating delays.
  • Coordinate the function’s operating rhythm, including staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and leadership offsites; prepare agendas and pre-reads, record minutes and decisions, and track action items through closure.
  • Conduct research, organize data, and prepare reports and presentations to support decisions on active initiatives.
  • Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across the executive’s direct reports and their assistants.
