About The Position

Equinix is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Global Partner Sales & Programs, along with two Vice Presidents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, Global Partner Sales organization. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, strong alignment across calendars and priorities, and enabling leaders to stay focused on strategic initiatives and partner-driven growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting senior executives, ideally within Sales, GTM, or Partner-focused organizations
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in a global environment
  • Proven track record managing complex calendars, travel, and executive priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Teams, SharePoint, and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa) preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
  • Experience working with Sales or Partner organizations is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the SVP and two VPs across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization, alignment, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation
  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, ensuring leaders are well-prepared for meetings, customer engagements, and partner interactions
  • Align leadership calendars to support cross-functional collaboration and key business rhythms
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, QBRs, partner events, and team offsites
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely execution
  • Support coordination of partner-facing and field-facing engagements as needed
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level communications, presentations, and reports
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects related to Global Partner Sales & Programs
  • Maintain strong partnerships with other Executive Assistants to ensure alignment across the broader CRO organization
  • Assist with internal communications, distribution lists, and leadership updates
  • Help drive operational consistency across the leadership team
  • Prepare and manage expense reports in compliance with company policies
  • Support budget tracking for travel, events, and partner-related activities
  • Manage purchase orders, invoice approvals, and vendor coordination
  • Identify opportunities to optimize spend across events and travel
