About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking an Executive Assistant to work at Copper Shores Village, a senior living facility with independent living, assisted living, and memory support apartments. The role involves providing administrative support to the Executive Director/Center Director and management staff, managing daily office operations, billing, financial reports, internal communications, and guest inquiries. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Accounting/Business/Office Administration is required.
  • Three (3) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
