About The Position

Protege is hiring an Executive Assistant to support multiple executives and create leverage across a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. The role works closely with company leadership and calls for exceptional judgment, communication, discretion, and the ability to keep priorities moving as circumstances change. The ideal candidate has experience in early-stage, hypergrowth, fast-paced, or high-pressure environments and can communicate effectively in person and in writing, work diplomatically with a range of personalities, and handle sensitive information confidentially. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary assistant to one executive while providing additional support to three other executives as business needs evolve. The role includes managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating domestic and international travel, anticipating needs and competing priorities, and occasional confidential personal-assistant support for the Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder. The assistant partners with the EA & Chief of Staff to the CEO on leadership schedules, meetings, travel, and shared priorities, and may support cross-functional initiatives such as People team projects and company offsites. Protege describes itself as a lean, fast-moving, high-trust team building a platform for the secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data. Its stated values include integrity, resourcefulness, urgency, kindness and candor, collaboration, accountability, ownership, and excellence.
