This role involves managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel, acting as the operational backbone to allow the CEO to focus on high-leverage activities. The position is ideal for someone with high intellect, strong curiosity, and technical fluency who desires a front-row seat to building a venture-backed robotics company. The successful candidate will quickly gain deep context on the CEO's operations and become a trusted partner in organization, preparation, and productivity. Candidates with prior EA experience or recent graduates demonstrating strong judgment, professionalism, and a bias toward action are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, in-person role based at Multiply Labs' San Francisco headquarters.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized with near-obsessive attention to detail
  • Fast thinker who can operate in ambiguity and autonomy
  • High judgment—knows what matters and what doesn’t
  • Tech-native and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Exceptional written communication: crisp, structured, and precise
  • Calm, steady, and reliable under pressure and shifting priorities
  • Strong internal drive—you take ownership without being asked
  • Comfortable working in a high-expectation, high-trust environment

  • Track all commitments and ensure every follow-up is completed without exception.
  • Maintain tight control over open loops across business and personal contexts.
  • Keep the CEO fully on track throughout the day—meetings, decisions, follow-ups, transitions.
  • Operate with urgency, accuracy, and calm under pressure in constantly shifting conditions.
  • Solve problems independently and escalate only when necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate with board members, investors, leadership team executives, and external partners.
  • Support meeting preparation, agendas, logistics, and follow-through.
  • Ensure executive interactions are frictionless, timely, and well-prepared.
  • Own end-to-end planning for complex domestic and international travel.
  • Build detailed itineraries and handle last-minute changes without disruption.
  • Ensure all logistics—business and personal—are executed flawlessly.
  • Help ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
  • Answer the front door and greet visitors and guests.
