The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders—ensuring seamless communication and execution of business priorities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–7 years supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Experience in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently
  • Adaptability in a changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate executive meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Draft and manage executive communications and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with board meetings, company events, and executive functions
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications
  • Support additional executives as needed
  • Improve administrative processes for efficiency
