The Executive Office is looking for an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO with a strategic focus on enabling executive priorities, building trusted relationships, and ensuring the seamless operation of the Executive Office. This role is far more than traditional administrative support: it serves as a trusted partner to the President & CEO, creating capacity for leadership to focus on the Airport Authority's purpose and long-term vision. The Executive Assistant to the President & CEO serves as the central coordination point for executive operations, balancing complex priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs before they arise, manage competing demands with confidence, and foster strong relationships with Board members, elected officials, community leaders, business partners, and employees across the organization. From executive communications and presentations to travel coordination and special projects, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
