About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Region/Business Unit President. This role is essential to ensuring day-to-day effectiveness, long-range planning, and efficient coordination of executive-level priorities. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a high degree of professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position requires confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to work with senior leaders and their teams across the Arrow ecosystem, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive office, with exposure to C-suite level interactions and high-impact deliverables.
  • A polished communicator who exercises sound judgment, and isn’t afraid to be respectfully persistent to ensure priorities are met.
  • Anticipates needs 90 days out and is always planning ahead with a proactive mindset.
  • Has a "can-do" attitude and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, global organization—capable of coordinating across time zones and navigating cultural nuances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Able to manage complex information and competing priorities without missing key details.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the President in all interactions, demonstrating a respectful, team-oriented communication style.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders—including senior executives, customers, suppliers, and their EAs.
  • Own and manage communications and relevant follow-ups with direct staff and across Arrow leadership, ensuring clarity and timely completion of action items.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
  • Manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones, aligning with strategic business priorities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and ensure detailed itineraries.
  • Process and manage expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, and execute global and geo briefings—both in person and remote—ensuring all prep materials and logistics are managed.
  • Lead scheduling and coordination for President-level priorities including staff meetings, c-suite engagement, and high-stakes customer/supplier executive sessions.
  • Prepare executive briefs and manage business content to support internal and external engagements.
  • Attend selected meetings to track action items, follow up on commitments, and ensure progress.
  • Take ownership of special projects on an as-needed basis, managing from inception to execution. Examples include: Calendar logistics, Executive Sessions, Leadership Offsite planning, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Track deadlines, delegate tasks as needed, and coordinate across teams to ensure delivery.
