Executive Assistant to CTO

About The Position
We're looking for someone who is interested in becoming a founder and wants to partner with our CTO to help with his projects at CIMC and beyond, and learn along the way. The ideal candidate is ready to grow in the following areas, and already has at least some experience in one or more of them.
Requirements
- At least some experience in Project & Program Management, Social Media, Operations, or Research.

Responsibilities
- Moving along numerous software projects which are partially complete
- Writing specs, testing, and docs
- Finding skilled sub-contractors
- Making slide decks, investor pitches, and outreach
- Managing public communications across multiple channels
- Helping complete unfinished ideas into papers and explainers
- Posting to and managing socials
- Finding communities of interest for different ideas and product launches
- Incorporating companies
- Getting legal opinions
- Optimizing spending
- Communicating with boards
- Planning events
- Helping do further work to better understand ideas
- Evaluating ethical concerns
- Connecting new ideas back to older ones
