About The Position

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. As Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will become one of the CTO's closest strategic partners, working at the center of OXEA's transformation agenda. You will help coordinate and accelerate critical initiatives across the organization while supporting the execution of our Value Creation Plan. You will work directly with executive leadership, cross-functional business leaders, external advisors, and private equity stakeholders on initiatives ranging from operational improvement and commercial excellence to strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and integration activities. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career as a business leader. It offers exceptional visibility, significant responsibility, and exposure to virtually every aspect of running and transforming a global industrial company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Approximately 5–10 years of professional experience.
  • Experience within the chemicals or manufacturing industry is required; experience in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity firm, investment banking, or a comparable strategic role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and challenge business cases and financial models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Chief Transformation Officer.
  • Drive execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and ensure delivery against the Value Creation Plan.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional programs involving Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT and other business functions.
  • Develop executive-level analyses, business cases, financial models and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead project governance, tracking milestones, managing risks and ensuring accountability across multiple workstreams.
  • Prepare materials and insights for Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board meetings and discussions with shareholders.
  • Support strategic projects including acquisitions, divestitures, integrations and other corporate development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization and value creation across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders to remove execution barriers and accelerate decision making.
  • Represent the CTO in selected meetings and projects while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
