About The Position

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO / Construction Development Coordinator for an established residential real estate development company in South Florida. The company acquires land, plans and develops residential communities, and oversees ground-up new home construction. This high-trust role works directly with the CEO and combines executive support with hands-on coordination of residential land development and construction activities. The position coordinates multiple residential development projects from land acquisition and preconstruction through construction and completion. It involves communication with engineers, architects, surveyors, attorneys, municipalities, contractors, lenders, and vendors; tracking project milestones, approvals, deadlines, documentation, schedules, budgets, and commitments; and assisting with contracts, legal documentation, permitting, municipal approvals, construction draws, invoices, and related financial records. The role also provides confidential executive support, prepares correspondence and reports, and follows up with project teams to keep development activities moving forward. Relevant experience in new residential development, land or subdivision development, homebuilding, or master-planned communities is essential. Experience limited to remodeling, home renovations, interior improvements, or general administration without relevant development exposure does not meet the core requirements. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
