The Executive Assistant Senior provides skilled, efficient support to selected RSM leaders and may serve as a navigator to other RSM owners. Under minimal supervision, the role manages day-to-day administrative activities, including strategic calendar and schedule management, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement, and logistics for internal and external meetings. The position may also involve proofreading communications, compiling reports, completing special projects, and fulfilling administrative requests through the ESS request site. It requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a sense of urgency. The role collaborates with other executive assistants and firm departments to deliver a consistent, positive experience, share knowledge of firm systems and tools, establish best practices, and provide training when appropriate. The first 90 days are expected to be in-office five days per week. Afterward, a hybrid schedule is available, with at least three days in-office, subject to written confirmation with the Performance Advisor.
