CoverMyMeds, a rapidly growing part of McKesson, is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executives and their teams. This highly visible role involves providing analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executives of complex details and advanced administrative duties. The Executive Assistant will coordinate activities between departments and outside parties and contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • 6 -8 years advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, visitors, and other dignitaries
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Highest level of administrative support experience, follow difficult instructions, and maintain written records
  • Assertive and action-oriented experience; strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Project management experience, large meeting support, and/or event planning
  • Experience with complex travel; understanding airline, hotel, and rental car policies, etc.
  • High level of comfort with Microsoft Office, MAC and PC environments, computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and in a different location than team
  • Foundational skills; tactical administrative capabilities, strategic mindset
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with varying personalities

Responsibilities

  • Complex scheduling of multiple leaders
  • Provide calendar management and meeting support
  • Arrange regular travel and maintain travel policy adherence
  • Maintain T&E budgets, stay current with expense reporting
  • Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendance
  • Assist/prepare presentation materials and agendas
  • Project management support
  • Monitor performance and tracking progress on action items
  • Communications, announcements, newsletter management – copy writing and copy editing
  • Identify and recommend best practices
  • Support new hire onboarding
