This is a stand-alone position who provides support to VPs, GMs, Managing Directors or multiple Directors. The role requires exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. The Executive Assistant uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc., and may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Responsibilities also include receiving, screening and directing incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. The assistant maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. The position works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision and serves in a non-exempt capacity.
