About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to the Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) Leader is a highly trusted administrative partner who maximizes the effectiveness, productivity, and operating capacity of a global executive. This AI-forward role requires hands-on proficiency with AI-enabled Executive Assistant (AI EA) tools and platforms, integrated into daily executive-office workflows. The EAA combines advanced executive support with AI technology, automation, and modern productivity practices to anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and improve how work gets done while maintaining accuracy, discretion, responsiveness, and a strong stakeholder experience. The role supports a fast-moving global organization and a leader whose priorities can shift rapidly. It goes beyond traditional calendar administration, requiring sound judgment, agility, adaptability, and the ability to make independent decisions while maintaining continuity across a changing agenda. The EAA partners with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional teams, supports GPC’s leadership operating rhythm, and coordinates complex executive engagements and domestic and international travel. The position is central to creating focus, connectivity, productivity, and operating leverage for the GPC Leader and leadership team.
