Executive Administrative Assistant

ServiceNow•Austin, TX

About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to ServiceNow’s Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) Leader is a highly trusted administrative partner responsible for maximizing the effectiveness, productivity, and operating capacity of a global executive. This AI-forward role combines executive support with hands-on use of AI-enabled Executive Assistant tools, broader AI capabilities, automation, and modern productivity practices. The EAA is expected to have already integrated specialized AI EA tools into executive-office workflows and to demonstrate how those tools have improved operations. The role supports a fast-moving global organization and requires agility, adaptability, judgment, precision, discretion, and the ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities. Responsibilities extend beyond calendar administration to include strategic time and priority management, executive engagement coordination, leadership operating-rhythm support, cross-functional partnership, and complex global travel. The EAA anticipates needs, reduces administrative friction, maintains continuity and accuracy, and continually improves how the executive office operates. The position works closely with the Chief of Staff and partners across HR Business Partner, Executive Communications, Finance, Strategy, other ServiceNow teams, executive assistants, customers, partners, and external organizations. The role is listed as a regular employee position with a flexible or remote work persona; eligibility for a work persona depends on the nature of the work and assigned work location.
