Executive Administrative Assistant

ServiceNow•Raleigh, NC

About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to the Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) Leader is a trusted administrative partner who maximizes the effectiveness, productivity, and operating capacity of a global executive. This AI-forward role combines advanced executive support with AI-enabled Executive Assistant (AI EA) tools, automation, and modern productivity practices to anticipate needs, reduce friction, and continually improve executive-office operations. The EAA supports a fast-moving global leader whose priorities may shift rapidly. The role manages a complex executive agenda, enables the GPC leadership team's operating rhythm, coordinates internal and external engagements, and manages global travel and logistics. It requires independent judgment, adaptability, discretion, accuracy, and the ability to maintain continuity and a positive stakeholder experience amid ambiguity and change. The successful candidate already uses specialized AI EA tools as part of daily executive-administration workflows and can explain how those tools have improved the operation of an executive office. ServiceNow describes the role as critical to creating focus, connectivity, productivity, and operating leverage for the GPC Leader and leadership team.
