About The Position

Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The position handles confidential and time-sensitive material and is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Effective communication via phone and email is essential to ensure all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner. The role may involve physician credentialing, directing and leading the work of others, and managing administrative programs and office activities. Responsibilities include creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations, reports, and documents. The role also involves answering telephones, taking messages, transferring calls, and potentially covering the reception desk. Calendar management, scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and arranging staff meetings are key duties. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
