Requirements

  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with significant experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Prior experience supporting a Chief Marketing Officer, CEO, founder, or senior executive within a technology company strongly preferred
  • Highly personable, professional, and relationship-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally responsive and capable of managing urgent requests with composure and accuracy
  • Strong experience planning and executing executive meetings, team offsites, and corporate events
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
  • Strong proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset with a "no-job-too-small" approach

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including complex calendar management and strategic prioritization of meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and logistics
  • Manage meeting preparation, agendas, materials, follow-up actions, and executive communications
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CMO and internal leadership teams, external partners, and stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Support leadership offsites, company events, team gatherings, and customer-facing engagements
  • Coordinate event logistics from planning through execution, ensuring seamless experiences for attendees
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to help drive follow-through across key initiatives
  • Assist with expense management, budget tracking, and operational processes as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive and team efficiency
