Requirements

• Three to five years of operating experience is preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in adverse weather conditions if required.

• Have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Have good manual dexterity; the position may involve standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate an excavator to dig, excavate, and move or transport dirt, rocks, and other aggregate materials.
• Follow operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
• Oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Perform daily equipment safety and maintenance checks.
• Complete paperwork and other documentation as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
