Requirements

Construction experience on both residential and commercial projects.
Current CDL Class A license.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Operate backhoes, mini-excavators, skid steers, and other excavation machinery to excavate and load loose materials at residential and commercial job sites.
Load, unload, and secure equipment on transport trailers according to guidelines.
Follow OSHA and Roto-Rooter safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with a crew to complete excavation projects efficiently.
Interact professionally with customers and address their requirements.
Maintain excavation equipment and gather necessary equipment from the branch or rental companies.
Perform excavation work in confined spaces and open trenches while following safety protocols and guidelines.
Locate and arrive at job sites promptly, driving and operating service vehicles safely between locations.
Complete jobs within specified timelines.
