EVS Tech I Part Time Days (6:30a-3:00p)
About The Position
Baptist Health Hardin is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Technician to help maintain a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment. The role includes timely patient-room turnovers; cleaning and disinfecting occupied and unoccupied patient rooms and support areas; and participating in additional cleaning projects as needed. The technician must follow Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a part-time daytime position of 16 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, and/or environmental services experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily duties to establish a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment.
- Ensure timely turnover of patient rooms.
- Clean and disinfect occupied and unoccupied patient rooms and support areas.
- Participate in additional cleaning projects as required.
- Follow Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
