About The Position
Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH), a physician-owned facility, is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Tech to support surgeons in carrying out safe operations and achieving optimal patient outcomes. The role requires understanding the procedures being performed, anticipating the surgeon’s needs, providing quality patient care during operations, and maintaining the sterile field. This is a safety-sensitive position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a rotating day off. The rotation provides a four-day weekend every four weeks. Call is required, typically 2–3 days per month, including one weekend call approximately every 6–8 weeks. OSH is a physician-owned hospital focused on personalized healthcare, clinical outcomes, and patient experiences. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
- Certified Surgical Tech certification through NBSTA required upon hire.
- Current BLS certification required upon hire.
- Knowledge of and competency in current surgical and sterile procedures specific to the unit and patient age group.
Nice To Haves
- Previous surgical tech experience is preferred but not required.
