About The Position
The Lead Environmental Services Technician maintains environmental and infection control standards in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role cleans and maintains areas in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition within the hospital and adjacent buildings, which may require travel between facilities. The technician responds to and initiates communication using phones, handheld radios, pagers, and similar devices.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of hospitality, healthcare, or cleaning experience.
- Able to work alone; working after hours is frequently required.
- Able to stand and walk continually.
- Awareness of safety protocols involving Material Safety Data Sheets and personal protective equipment.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
