About The Position

Brandon Wilde is recruiting for a hospitality-focused EVS Floor Technician and EVS Housekeeping Associate to join its team at a Life Plan Community in Evans, Georgia. The role primarily performs floor technician and porter functions throughout the community, helping maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Schedules listed include a part-time Floor Technician role on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and full-time Housekeeping roles Monday through Friday with weekend availability, either 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is up to $14.00 per hour. New hires must pass a pre-employment screening process, including a fitness-for-duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some roles may also require questions about vaccination status.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Floor Technicians must have three to six months of experience in floor care, including carpet cleaning and maintenance.
Ability to pass the pre-employment screening process, including a fitness-for-duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references.

Nice To Haves

Three to six months of experience in a janitorial position is preferred.
Hospitality focus and enthusiasm for senior care and resident engagement.

Responsibilities

Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Perform floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping, and pressure washing.
Use golf carts and small equipment appropriately and follow safety practices.
