About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is hiring an EVS Cleaner (also described as a housekeeper) for Jewish Hospital. This is a full-time, third-shift position scheduled from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with alternating weekends required. The role supports a clean, orderly, safe, and healthy facility environment and includes daily housekeeping tasks and participation in the Metz EVS quality assurance program. Metz is a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high-quality service to the community. Requirements
- Must be able to work alternating weekends.
- Must complete an applicable background check and drug screening for employment at the facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment, focusing on the safety and health of others.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by management.
- Maintain and clean housekeeping and janitorial equipment.
- Perform the daily tasks of the Metz EVS QA program.
- Follow procedures for storing and disposing of items in designated areas.
- Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the security of company assets.
- Help reduce the likelihood of significant disruption of services at the facility.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
