About The Position

This is an essential cleaning and maintenance position performed primarily on the casino floor. The role involves exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise, requires use of various cleaning equipment, and includes safely handling biohazardous spills in accordance with company guidelines. Attendants must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. They also assist guests by answering questions and providing directions on the property.

Requirements

Six months of general work experience or a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use cleaning equipment, including heavy-duty floor scrubbers, vacuums, and extractors.
Ability to work primarily on the casino floor, with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom and office cleaning, and trash removal.
Sanitize and disinfect the exterior of gaming machines, chairs, tables, doors, and other high-touch areas.
Follow company guidelines for cleaning and properly disposing of biohazardous spills.
Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning and detailing all work areas.
Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions on the property.
Clean outside areas as required and perform duties on special cleaning projects.
Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
