About The Position

The EVS Attendant (Housekeeping) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, windows, walls, stairs, elevators, restrooms, and other areas throughout the property. The role includes operating cleaning equipment, removing trash and debris, and containing, cleaning up, and disposing of biohazards. The attendant must be able to receive and maintain required certifications and complete required company training.

Requirements

• Zero to one year of experience cleaning public buildings and/or facilities.
• Ability to receive and maintain all required certification.
• Ability to complete all required company training.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vacuum cleaner, carpet extractor, walk-behind scrubber, wet/dry vacuum, ladder, and backpack vacuum.
• Clean floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Vacuum floors.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
• Mop floors around bars, restrooms, and entrances.
• Remove trash and debris from floors and trash cans.
• Contain, clean up, and dispose of biohazards throughout the property.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
