About The Position

The EVS Attendant is responsible for keeping facilities clean, sanitized, and properly maintained. The role follows cleaning checklists and guidelines, maintains assigned areas throughout the property, handles spills and biohazardous materials, and ensures custodial supplies and carts are stocked. The attendant also follows applicable safety regulations and notifies maintenance when equipment needs repair.

Requirements

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment and their applicable health and safety protocols.
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, instructions, and correspondence.
Ability to remain discreet and respect guests’ privacy.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Three to six months of experience preferred.
Must obtain a valid gaming license where applicable.

Responsibilities

Follow checklists and guidelines for efficient cleaning of assigned areas.
Maintain carpet and flooring by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Clean windows and mirrors.
Clean gaming equipment, including slot machines, tables, and chairs.
Clean office spaces, including walls and pantry areas; remove trash and dust furniture.
Clean restrooms, including sinks, urinals, and counters; polish fixtures and restock supplies.
Clean spills and remove biohazardous materials.
Maintain and stock storage areas and utility carts with cleaning materials.
Adhere to local, state, and national workplace safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
Notify maintenance when equipment needs repair.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
