About The Position

The EVS Attendant maintains cleanliness and quality standards throughout assigned areas of the Casino/Hotel and other required locations. Duties include cleaning public spaces, guest areas, casino equipment and seating, restrooms, offices, fitness and business center areas, and exterior spaces. The attendant maintains cleaning supplies and equipment, follows established procedures, and reports maintenance needs, emergency repairs, and unsafe conditions to leadership or Security as appropriate. The role also requires courteous communication with guests and team members, following directions, managing multiple assignments within time constraints, and adapting to new technology.

• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop, empty trash, dust, polish, and maintain cleanliness in assigned hotel public areas, including lobbies, restaurants, bars and lounges, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in the Casino/Hotel and other required areas in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Clean between slot machines, remove papers and glasses, discard empty bottles, and clean ashtrays.
• Clean slot chairs and table-game chairs in assigned areas.
• Wipe down slot machines, change booths, and change banks in assigned areas.
• Remove spots from mirrors, doors, and walls in assigned areas.
• Clean all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Keep equipment and supplies orderly as instructed by leadership.
• Report maintenance needs to leadership and report emergency repairs or situations immediately to leadership and/or Security.
• Clean lobby floors and carpets, interior windows, mirrors, picture frames, countertops, and furnishings according to approved standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the outside driveway and building exterior, clearing trash, cigarette butts, and debris, and cleaning window sills, fingerprints, and exterior ledges and windows.
• Clean guest elevators, floors, carpets, and metal surfaces according to demonstrated standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the business center, fitness center, and Executive Offices.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
