About The Position

The EVS Attendant cleans and sanitizes guest and team member areas at Belterra Park, following guest-service standards, property policies, and procedures in the Belterra Park EVS Manual. The role uses cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, maintains a professional appearance and confidential information, and responds to reasonable guest requests or connects guests with someone who can assist. This is a uniformed position.

Six months of experience in the cleaning field.

Responsibilities

Follow guest-service requirements and established department and property policies and procedures for guest-service standards.
Operate small cleaning equipment, including extractors, auto scrubbers, buffers, and overhead lifts.
Clean restrooms, including mirrors, sinks, countertops, cigarette urns, and toilets.
Empty trash bins; pick up loose papers; and sweep and mop floors.
Remove trash to exterior trash points and remove snow for trash runs.
Replace toilet tissue and refill paper-towel dispensers.
Clean and polish furniture, marble, brass, floor plates, and entrance-door brass and kick plates.
Clean brass, lighting, walls, and carpeting; dust lighting and lampshades; vacuum flooring; and clean windows and window ledges.
Clean team member restaurant floors and sanitize guest and team member areas.
Respond to reasonable guest requests or connect guests with the appropriate person for assistance.
Follow standards and operating procedures in the Belterra Park EVS Manual.
Comply with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
Use equipment and chemicals safely and properly.
Maintain strict confidentiality of information disclosed by a Belterra Park entity or guest.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and personal image.
Perform other duties assigned by the department Manager or on-duty Shift Supervisor.
