About The Position

The EVS Aide performs routine manual tasks to clean and care for an assigned area, linen room, and/or waste handling on a daily basis. Cleaning and care may involve public offices, public assembly areas, patient care areas, therapy areas, halls, and foyers. The position supports the hospital’s goals and patient experience by working cooperatively with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Communications skills and the ability to speak and understand written and/or oral English.
• Ability to work and cooperate with other departments as necessary to carry out department and hospital goals.

• Previous experience related to customer service.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine manual cleaning and care of an assigned area, linen room, and/or waste handling.
• Clean and care for public offices, public assembly areas, patient care areas, therapy areas, halls, and foyers.
• Work and cooperate with other departments as necessary to support department and hospital goals.
