The Events/SALES Consultant is responsible for selling fun! This role serves as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and works with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for various events such as birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate team building. To hit the ground running, the consultant needs to make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting efforts, attend chamber and other community events to drive Brand awareness, and drive event business to the Park. The position requires great phone and computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience. The consultant is expected to strive for personal development and career growth, sell the fun, and collaborate with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups. Building strong relationships is crucial for repeat business and referrals. The consultant must represent the brand with enthusiasm and energy, effectively communicating Urban Air's offerings and amazing party packages, and following up with guests to ensure expectations were exceeded. They will work hand-in-hand with the Leadership Team to drive financial results and ensure a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment. The role also includes 'other duties as assigned,' encouraging proactive problem-solving, sharing ideas, and assisting team members.
