About the role: We’re looking for an Events Manager to lead the execution and operations behind the experiences that bring our Brooklyn campus to life. From creator programming and community events to brand activations and private bookings, you’ll own the full event lifecycle — managing logistics, production, vendors, guest experience, AV coordination, staffing, and on-site execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves live experiences, and knows how to bring structure and calm to moving pieces. You’ll work cross-functionally with Programming, Marketing, Operations, AV, and Leadership teams to deliver events that feel polished, seamless, and reflective of The Lighthouse brand. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while still rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
