Keel Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Events Manager to serve as the operational and logistical backbone for all corporate, internal, and external events across the company. This role reports into the People & Culture team and functions as a shared resource in support of Marketing & Communications, ensuring that every event — from a Board of Directors meeting to an industry conference to quarterly operations meetings — runs seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a logistics-first role. The Events Manager executes with precision, coordinates across teams, and ensures all the moving parts — travel, venues, registrations, materials, and scheduling — are handled proactively and professionally. Strategic event direction, brand decisions, and communications are led by the Marketing & Communications and People & Culture teams; the incumbent makes them happen.
