About The Position

We are looking for an Event Lead to help spread cake joy. This role is for someone who is energetic, sales-minded, and loves the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion. The Event Lead will represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups, manage event setups and breakdowns, track event happenings, manage cake inventory, and communicate effectively. A key part of the role involves bringing high energy and a sales-driven approach to interactions, making people enthusiastic about the cakes, attending community meetings to build brand awareness, and assisting with local bakery marketing efforts including promotions and local business outreach. The role also involves contributing to social media efforts by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.

Requirements

Sales-savvy with actual experience (crushed quotas, rocked retail, or worked on a sales-bonus-structure).
Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
Driven and motivated to succeed.
Willing to work weekends.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales with a bonus structure.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Set up and break down event setups, including tables, signage, and tents.
Manage event operations, including tracking inventory and communicating effectively.
