About The Position

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes and we’re looking for an Event Lead to help us spread cake joy. If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion – keep reading, friend. This role involves representing the brand at local events, managing event setups, and driving sales through a positive and outgoing approach. You will also contribute to local marketing efforts and social media engagement.

Requirements

Sales experience.
Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
Willingness to work weekends.
Ability to travel between Cherokee, Cobb, and North GA bakeries as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.
Must be a SALES QUEEN/KING.

Nice To Haves

Experience crushing sales quotas.
Experience in retail.
Experience in a sales-bonus-structure role.

Responsibilities

Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Setting up and breaking down event setups, including tables, signage, and tents.
Managing event activities, cake inventory, and maintaining organization and communication.
Engaging with potential customers with high energy and a sales-driven approach.
Promoting and selling cakes.
Attending community meetings and networking events to build local presence.
Assisting with local bakery marketing efforts, including promotions and business outreach.
Contributing to social media efforts by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.
