About The Position

We are looking for an Event Lead to help spread cake joy. This role is for someone who is energetic, sales-minded, and loves the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion. The Event Lead will represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups, manage event setups and breakdowns, track event happenings, manage cake pars, and communicate effectively. A key part of the role involves bringing high energy and a sales-driven approach to every interaction, making people fall in love with the cakes, attending community meetings to build local presence, and assisting with local bakery marketing efforts including social media content and engagement.

Requirements

Sales-savvy with actual sales experience.
Experience in crushing sales quotas, rocking retail, or working on a sales-bonus-structure.
Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
Willingness to work weekends.
Ability to travel between Cherokee and Cobb and North GA bakeries when needed.
Possession of reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.
Strong communication skills.

Experience in selling cake and happiness.

Responsibilities

Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Setting up and breaking down event setups, including tables, signage, and tents.
Managing event operations, including tracking inventory, managing cake pars, and ensuring organization.
Utilizing a sales-driven approach to engage with potential customers.
Promoting the cakes and making them appealing to customers.
Attending community meetings and networking events to build brand awareness.
Participating in local bakery marketing efforts, including promotions and local business outreach.
Contributing to social media efforts by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.
