About The Position

We are looking for an Event Lead to help spread cake joy. This role is for someone who is energetic, sales-minded, and loves the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion. The position involves representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups, setting up and breaking down event displays, managing event logistics, and engaging with customers in a sales-driven manner. The role also includes attending community meetings, assisting with local bakery marketing efforts, and contributing to social media content.

Requirements

Sales-savvy with actual experience (experience crushing quotas, rocking retail, or working on a sales-bonus-structure).
Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
Driven and motivated to succeed.
Willingness to work weekends.
Comfortable traveling between Cherokee and Cobb and North GA bakeries.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling sprinkles to a unicorn.

Responsibilities

Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Setting up and breaking down event set-ups (tables, signage, tents).
Tracking event happenings, managing cake inventory, and maintaining organization.
Engaging with customers with high energy and a sales-driven approach.
Attending community meetings (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, networking events).
Participating in local bakery marketing efforts, including promotions and surprise cake drop-offs.
Contributing to social media by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.
