About The Position

We are looking for an Event Lead to help spread cake joy. This role is for someone who is energetic, sales-minded, and loves the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion. The position involves representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups, setting up and breaking down event displays, managing event logistics, and driving sales.

Requirements

Sales-savvy with actual experience.
Experience in crushing quotas, retail, or working on a sales-bonus-structure.
Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
Willingness to work weekends.
Comfortable traveling between Cherokee and Cobb and North GA bakeries.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Nice To Haves

Ability to sell sprinkles to a unicorn and still have energy to spare.
Ability to make people fall in love with cakes.
Ability to get a little sweaty for the sweet stuff.

Responsibilities

Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Setting up and breaking down event set-ups including tables, signage, and tents.
Keeping track of event activities, managing cake inventory, and maintaining organization.
Utilizing a sales-driven approach in all interactions to close deals.
Promoting cakes and making them appealing to potential customers.
Attending community meetings such as Chamber of Commerce or networking events to build brand presence.
Participating in local bakery marketing efforts, including brainstorming promotions and making surprise cake drop-offs.
Contributing to social media efforts by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.
