About The Position

TJM Labs is building the digital workforce for pharmacy. Pharmacies are being asked to do more with fewer resources. Prescription volumes are growing, margins are tightening, and talented pharmacy teams spend too much of their day on repetitive operational work. TJM Labs builds AI-powered automation designed specifically for pharmacy. Our technology works within the systems pharmacies already use to automate repetitive workflows and create more capacity for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to focus on the work that actually requires them. We're growing quickly, and much of that growth starts face to face. Pharmacy is a relationship-driven industry: owners and operators meet the partners they trust at trade shows, buying-group meetings and dinners. Making every one of those rooms count, from the booth to the follow-up, is one of the most important parts of how we grow. We are an AI company, and we work like one. Everyone on the team is AI-native: you use AI tools every day to research, write, analyze and automate, and you are always looking for ways to get more done with less manual work. We also move fast. Priorities shift, deadlines stack up, and the people who thrive here are extremely proactive: they see what's coming and act before anyone asks. In return, you will have a lot of autonomy to decide how the work gets done. When you apply, include a specific example of how you have used AI to make your work faster or better.

Requirements

  • AI-native: you use AI daily to draft emails and invites, build and enrich target lists, plan logistics, analyze campaign results and automate follow-up.
  • 2+ years in B2B event and field marketing, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience running trade show booths and hosted events, ideally for a company with a busy event calendar.
  • Hands-on experience with webinar tools (Zoom, ON24 or similar).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM data management (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
  • Experience managing vendors and event budgets.
  • Extremely proactive: you anticipate what's needed before anyone asks, spot problems early and fix them without waiting for direction.
  • Very organized: you manage many deadlines at once and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable working with sales and executives, and holding them to event commitments.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% to events anywhere in the U.S.
  • Based in or able to commute to Newark, Delaware, with regular in-office time to manage, pack and ship event materials (able to lift up to 40 lbs).
