About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring outgoing and reliable individuals to represent its brand at local events, retail locations, and community locations. The role involves connecting with potential customers, sharing information about window and door solutions, and helping arrange free in-home consultations for the sales team. Paid training is provided in communication, lead generation, and event marketing. The position offers $16 per hour, weekly performance bonuses, mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance or reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Be comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Be positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Be able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Have a valid driver's license.
