About The Position

Events & Ministry Coordinators create an exceptional Apartment Life experience for residents and onsite staff within an apartment community. Coordinators are passionate about Apartment Life’s vision and mission and pair that passion with skill by planning consistently excellent and engaging events, communicating with care and clarity, and offering acts of genuine hospitality and support. Through these efforts, Coordinators help foster meaningful connections and positively impact the lives of residents. Rather than receiving wages, onsite Coordinators pay a reduced monthly Apartment Life program fee for their apartment and remain responsible for monthly rent and other personal living expenses. The approximate weekly commitment is 12 hours, often including daytime hours as well as evenings or weekends. Coordinators must be able to commit to a minimum two-year term of service.
